Program

Day 1: Depart for Parc National Des Volcnans

Day 2: Gorilla Tracking

Day 3: Golden Monkey Tracking

Day 4: Drive back to Kigali

Day 1: Arrival Kigali Transfer to Ruhengeri
Pick-up Upon your arrival, at the Kigali Airport, and drive to Volcanoes National Park after you have had your lunch. The journey to the North goes through the beautiful terraced hillsides that display Rwanda’s landscape. Dinner and Overnight at Gorilla Nest Lodge/ La Palme Hotel/ Kinigi Guest House

DAY 2: Gorilla trekking day in parc national des Volcanoes PNV

After breakfast, you will drive to the park headquarters of Parc National des Volcans ( PNV). There you will be briefed by the ranger guides after this short briefing together with your packed lunch you will then start the gorilla trekking. Hiking and tracking gorillas may take 1-8 hours. In the afternoon you may have an optional ibyiwacu community walk OR a relaxation at the lodge. Dinner and Overnight at Gorilla Nest Lodge/La Palme Hotel/Kinigi Guest House

Day 3: Golden Monkey Tracking

After breakfast, this day you will go to the headquarters for a briefing from the guides, after then set off for your adventure to meet the Golden Monkeys in Parc National Des Volcans. Your guide will take you through thick vegetation on for about 1-7 hour trail, when you finally meet the golden monkeys, you will spend one hour with them later return to the lodge for Dinner and overnight at Gorilla Nest Lodge/Kinigi Guest house.

Day 4: Ttransfer back to Kigali

After breakfast, you will drive back to Kigali for a city tour On reaching Kigali, visit the Gisozi Genocide Memorial site, the handicrafts shops, etc. Later our tour guide will transfer you to Kigali airport for you scheduled flight.
